When the Mazda CX-50 debuted in 2023, it was exclusively available with a gas powertrain. Now, Mazda debuts three Mazda CX-50 Hybrid trim levels for auto shoppers to consider. The 2025 Mazda CX-50 Hybrid is a two-row, smartly outfitted and impressively engineered model. Its three trim levels are the Preferred, Premium, and Premium Plus. What can you expect from the all-new, top-of-the-line Mazda CX-50 Hybrid Premium Plus?

Every 2025 Mazda CX-50 Hybrid is equipped with a four-cylinder, 2.5-liter gas engine and three electric motors. The system delivers 219 combined horsepower and boasts exceptional fuel economy. All hybrid trim levels also include all-wheel drive and a continuously variable automatic transmission.

The exterior styling of the 2025 Mazda CX-50 Hybrid Premium Plus is similar to that of the non-hybrid Mazda CX-50 trims. The model is defined by a sleek hood, slightly arched roof, and tapered liftgate. This design supports optimal passenger seating and cargo space. Over the sides, the boxed-off fenders and lower door panels show off dark, thick body molding. Molding also runs across the bumper. The air inlets are angled on the bumper's flanks for a sporty touch. The headlights have a captivating quality with a half-moon LED ribbon paired with an LED bulb. The grille is underscored for accentuation and links to the headlights. The Premium Plus trim level comes with 19-inch wheels and power-folding side mirrors.

As the top-of-the-line hybrid trim level, the Premium Plus has features unavailable on the lower trim levels. These include leather upholstery, driver's memory settings, and a head-up display. Other features available include a 10.25-inch infotainment system screen, an auto-dimming rear mirror, a panoramic sunroof, a 12-speaker Bose sound system, a wireless device charger, a keyless ignition, heated front seats, a digital instrument panel, a blind-spot warning, adaptive cruise control, wireless smartphone connections, and forward collision mitigation.
