 What's New for the 2026 MAZDA CX-90?

The Mazda CX-90 is the largest SUV offered by Mazda in 2026. This three-row vehicle launched in 2024 with a stunning design and a full array of desired amenities and features. This year, the Mazda CX-90 is unchanged from the previous model year. Five trim levels are available: the Select, the Preferred, the Premium Sport, and the Premium Plus.

Three powertrains are offered in the 2026 model year. The entry-level engine is a turbocharged 3.3-liter, six-cylinder engine with 280 horsepower and an eight-speed automatic transmission. An upgraded version of this engine delivers 340 horsepower. A plug-in hybrid version of the Mazda CX-90 is available as an option for the Preferred, Premium, and Premium Plus trim levels.

The impeccable design of the 2026 Mazda CX-90 holds steady. Its strong appeal is rooted in its gracefully sleek side contouring and confident, rolling profile. The sides are also dressed up with definition over the flared fenders and a metallic accent vent. At the front, the Mazda CX-90 has a wide, U-bottomed grille with chrome underscoring. The slender headlights add a standout element. Exterior features include a wiper de-icer, auto-dimming and power-folding side mirrors, up to 21-inch wheels, a power liftgate, and roof rails.

Inside, the Mazda CX-90 is well-appointed across all trim levels. The base Select trim level comes with a tri-zone auto climate control system, synthetic leather upholstery, a 10.25-inch infotainment system screen, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, an eight-speaker sound system, front collision mitigation, safe exit assistance, lane keeping assistance, and other features.

The higher trim levels are offered with these features as well as a Bose audio system, a head-up display, a panoramic sunroof, second-row captain's chairs, a front cross-traffic warning, auto reverse braking, leather upholstery, a surround-view camera, a heated steering wheel, driver's seat memory functions, an integrated navigation system, and other features.
